Frank Parker won the Willy Muir Memorial Cup Final despite playing with 10 men for an hour of the game, as they beat Stockingford White Lion 2-1. Nathan Thompson fired Frank Parker in front from the penalty spot after 25 minutes but three minutes later their keeper saw red for a professional foul. Despite that Richard Jones capitalised on a loose back pass to increase the lead to 2-0. White Lion pressed for a goal themselves which came after 70 minutes from Danny Moreton but they couldn’t capitalise on that and Parkers held on for the win.
