In a competitive Final at the Ambleside Way, both teams had chances to open the scoring.  Sunnyside went in front through Wayne Brooke after 25 minutes, extending the lead late in the first half.

In the second half Hill Top, playing with the wind at their backs, pushed forward and were rewarded with 5 minutes to play with Byron Warmington netting.  Sunnyside held out to collect the trophy.
