In a competitive Final on a bumpy pitch at Ambleside Way, chances were few and far between in the first half, and it was not until midway through the first half when Frank Parkers being quickly followed by a second, before The Whistle clawed back level just before the break.

In the second half the Frank Parker  played the conditions better than Pig & Whistle.  Two late goals secured the trophy for Parkers, who stay on track for the coveted League and cup treble.
