Gallery beat the weather to
go joint top!
F C Gallery escaped another week of bad weather to move
level on points with Nuneaton Riley's at the top of
Mortgage Advice Agency division
five.
They enjoyed a 9-3 win over Chapel End Salutation Res,
helped along by a hat trick from Paul McDonald and two
apiece from Rob McDonald and Steve Kent. Gary Kent, Kevin
Muggleton and Paul Jones scored the singles for Gallery
who have a game in hand on leaders Nuneaton Riley's.

Stockingford Sports have a four point lead at the top of
Nuneaton Print division Two
after they beat Ridge Lane Res 5-1.With their closest
rivals Attleboro Oak losing their game to the weather,
Sports took full advantage and secured the points through
goals from Gareth Holmes 2, Jaime Benn, Steve Wonfor and
Andy Dagnall. Windmill and Ford Sports Res stay third and
fourth after both scored four times in their victories.
Windmill beat Stockingford White Lion 4-2, while Ford beat
Drayton Res 4-1. David Aucott, Mark Aucott, Neil Percival
and Ryan Hill all found the net for Ford, Shay Tirabasso
replied for Drayton.

In the
BCFA Sunday Cup
both Nuneaton sides went out in round 3. Drayton went down
5-4 to Regent Bush while Daz Eggleton’s goal for Hartshill
Sports could not prevent them losing 3-1 to Punchbowl.
Ford Sports are the first team into the semi finals of the
Tribune Cup
after they beat Bulkington White Lion 2-0.

Sporting Lloyds stay top of
Nuneaton Trophies division three
despite losing 4-1 at Nuneaton Prince Rees. Paul Gaunt
scored twice for Prince, Adam Gowland and Jordan Talton
added the others. Yenton Sunday stay second but they were
held to a 1-1 draw with Ambleside Res. Ian Raven gave
Ambleside the lead, but Yenton replied through Andrew
Taylor to take a share of the points. Richard Downes and
Brett Walker were both on target for Chapel End Salutation
as they beat Mount Pleasant Bedworth 2-1. Nick
Gibbons scored the Mount Pleasant reply.
Pete Gillam, Andy Calvert, Stuart Nevitt and Danny Burton
all found the net for Hartshill Manor as they beat
Wentworth Wanderers Res 4-0 in the
Heartland Evening News division four.
