Weather the winner this week !

The weather created havoc with this weeks fixtures, but it Chase Res seemed to revel in the conditions as they beat Stockingford White Lion 10-0 in Nuneaton Print Division two. Ben Woolerson and Jona Aucott both scored hat tricks for Chase with singles from an own goal, Sean Moran, Lee Clarke and Dave Adams. The top two were also in action with Stockingford Sports maintaining their 1poit lead over Attleboro Oak.  Gareth Holmes scored twice for Sports as they beat Old Swan 2-1. While Attleboro Oak saw off Sunnyside Res by the odd goal in five. 


Premier Two Action - Wentworth Wanderers v Crystal (Sunday)

The only game to survive in Mission Premier One saw New Dolphin and White Hart RL share the points in a high scoring 4-4 draw. New Dolphin led 4-1 at one stage but three goals in the last twenty minutes from White Hart levelled the scores. Adie Perry, Matthew Smith, Alan Calvert and Darren James found the net for New Dolphin, Jamie King scored twice in reply for White Hart, with Ben Russell and Christian Mullins the others.


Telling pass by Wentworth Wanderers

Darren Burridge and Kirk Taylor both found the net for Wentworth Wanderers as they beat Crystal Sunday 2-0 in Deslandes Premier Two. Attleboro Arms moved out of the bottom two thanks to a 4-2 win over Bedworth Travellers.


Goal action Wentworth Wanderers Res v Anker Inn

In Heartland Evening News Division Four leaders Royal Oak Bedworth tasted defeat as they went down 5-2 to a resurgent Bedworth Liberals Res. Collycroft Cricketers Res take over top spot from Royal Oak after they beat PNW Athletico 8-2. Paul Burgess led the way with a hat trick, Adam Hancox chipped in with two more, while singles came from Carl Robinson, Alex Fellows and Brian Stokes. Paul Arnold was the hat trick hero for Anker Inn as they moved off the bottom thanks to a 6-3 win over Wentworth Wanderers Res. Eddie Swift cored two of the other Anker goals, Adam Broadhurst the single.
