On a good playing surface at Stockingford, both sides set about creating chances, but both defences were on top.  Nuneaton Prince opened the scoring before the break and held a 2-1 advantage at half time.  Two goals from Danny Gaunt doing the damage.  After the break Ford Sports put on the style scoring four goals without reply.  Fords scorers were, Adam Brown, Mark Wright, Neil Percival and a brace from Dave Aucott.

The BOSTOCKS BUTCHERS "Man of the Match" award went to Mark Wright, but special mention should go to William Atkinson whom the Club voted as their Man of the Match,
