On a good playing surface at Stockingford, both sides set about creating chances, but both defences were on top.  Holders and current Division One leaders Trent Valley WMC started to get on top, but the all important goal did not arrive, and Ford Sports were always in the tie.

In the second half Bostocks "Man of the Match" Ben Mountford broke the deadlock with the only goal of the game to lift the trophy for the second successive year for the Bedworth side.
