On a good playing surface at Ambleside, both sides had early chances, but it was Premier Two Nuneaton Prince who opened up a 2-1 half time lead, with a brace of goals from Dean Shannon, before Adam Hamiton pulled one back for the Lane.

In the second half Lane came straight out of the blocks, putting pressure on the Prince defence, but thee Premier Two side composed and opened up a 4-1 lead with goals from Rocky Pratt, and Dean Shannon to complete his hat trick, and take the BOSTOCKS "Man of the Match" award.
