In the all Premier One clash, Ridge Lane and Collycroft Goose, tested each other with both sets of defences well on top in the first half.  After the break a 30 yard volley on 75 minutes, from Alex Naughton put Ridge Lane in front.  Goose went in search of an equaliser, and were hit with a three goal salvo in the lat six minutes. Naughton added the 2nd on 84 minutes, with substitute Ivor Green rolling in the third with 2 minute left, leaving just enough time for Alex Naughton to complete his hat trick in the last minute.
