Route to the Final

Round One

Round One saw Ambleside Reserves narrowly beat Hill Top Reserves 2-1, while there were easier times for Wentworth Wanderers Reserves and Mount Pleasant Bedworth who put out Anker Inn and Baddesley Red Lion respectively. Round one was completed with a close and tense affair between Attleborough Arms Reserves and Coton Rose with the game being eventually won by Rose in a penalty shoot out.

Semi-Finals

Mount Pleasant Bedworth pulled out all the stops to overcome Premier Two strugglers Coton Rose to book their place in today’s final 2-1. Ambleside Res and Wentworth Wanderers could not be separated after extra time, but Ambleside held their nerve to progress on penalties.
