In the all Premier One clash, Ford Sports and Ridge Lane, tested each other with both sets of defences well on top.  With Ridge Lane keeper Stephen Barnes in top form, he kept the Ford forward line at bay.

With defences on top the game was all square after 90 minutes, and was only settled in the 118min when both players and fans alike looking to penalties to settle the tie, a break from Ridge Lane saw Dave Turner score from a clever touch from 5 yards.
