Malc Cannon presents the
Cannon Cup to Adam Cole
Snooker
took the lead after five minutes when
Lee Wallace hit his
shot straight at Chetwynd keeper
Jamie Webb but the ball somehow squeezed under
his hands and int the net. The lead was shot lived
however. Chetwynd
forced a corner, Ian Neale's
header was cleared off the line to
Robbie Jones who netted
the rebound. 35 minutes gone and Chetwynd were in front.
James Darlaston was
brought down in the box and Rob
Jones stepped up to convert the penalty.
A minute after the break, Chetwynd extended their lead.
Darlaston pressurised the
Snooker defence and forced a corner, which he took a found
the head of Robbie Jones
to complete his hat trick. Snooker had several chances to
pull a goal back but Jones
completed the scoring after he was put through on a 1 on 1
with Snooker skipper
Stuart
Wedden.

Chetwynd celebrate their
win !
